Description

Equipment for the automated continuous dehydration of products in liquid suspension or solution, atomized and sprayed in hot air stream according to specific configuration, and manufactured in three main version:

  • with product atomization by means of centrifugal rotor or turbine.
  • with product atomization by means of pressure nozzles.
  • with product atomization by means of double-fluid nozzle (compressed air-product)

Fluid-bed granulator «STAR»

Description

Represents an ideal equipment for the mixing, granulations and agglomeration of food, chemical and pharmaceutical powders. It is successfully used in the additivation (flauvoring, coloring, etc) and encapsulation of mixtures or powdery products, "STAR" in the first of all dryers and mixers, suitable for heat-sensitive products and for substances with different specific gravity.

Description

The equipment, is designed for continuos prodaction. It is able to form agglomerates with an open porous structure so that these are able to absorb the liquid and the agglomerate is instantly dissolved. The application is mainly for the food, drink and diet markets where fine powders are used which, without the use of the instantizer, would form agglomerates wich float on the surface of the liquid or form deposits at the bottom of the liquid. The instantizer users steam in the process and produces a product with better flowability to assist in conveying and ensure repeatable batches at filling tables presses. The instantized product can be varied in size and structure to adjust specific weight to suit marketing requirement of dose size and packaging size.

Continuos FLUID-BED dryer and cooler

Description

It makes the drying, the cooling and the stabilization of powders and granules on a continuous fluidized-bed through controlled umidity and temperature air flows.
